How do I sign-up?

Just click the teal rewards tab in the bottom right of the screen and login with your existing KnitFabric.com account. If you don't have a KnitFabric.com account yet, you will need to sign-up for one to participate in the rewards program.

How can I earn points?

You can earn 10 points for every dollar spent. You can also earn points for signing up for the program, celebrating a birthday, sharing on social media, and referring a friend who makes their first purchase.

Can I earn points through referring existing customers?

No - rewards points are only available for customers that make their first purchase. However - if they make their first purchase from your referral then you receive 500 points!

Can I redeem points for cash?

No. Points have no cash value and are only redeemable towards a future purchase from KnitFabric.com.

Do points expire?

Yes. Points expire 180 days after they are earned. You will be notified by e-mail both 30 days and 1 day prior to expiration.
