Do my points expire?

Yes. Each time you earn loyalty points, that amount of points will stay active in your account for one year. You will get a reminder email 30 days prior to any points expiring, then a 'final chance' email 3 days prior to the expiration date.If you are ordering at least twice a year, then you will absolutely be able to use all of your rewards without them expiring.

Do my coupons expire?

Yes. When you choose to redeem points and a coupon is generated, that coupon code will be good for 90 days, so just make a note on your calendar to reorder before it expires.We recommend you redeem a coupon code right before you purchase, that way you don't have to set a reminder and track the expiration date. We understand though if you would like to redeem points before they expire and you aren't yet ready to place an order. In this case, we hope you will be ready use your coupon within 3 months!
