How does the Skincare Rewards system work?
After you register an account with us you will begin earning points from engagement on the site such as creating your account, taking the Baumann Skin Type Quiz, following us on social media, referring friends and making everyday purchases. You can spend points on discount codes ranging from $5 to $50. Achieve a higher VIP Tier level by making threshold purchases within a 6-month timeframe. Be on the lookout for special product promotions that have multiplier points!
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by joining, taking the Baumann Skin Type Quiz for the first time and following us on social media.
How does the VIP Tier status work?
As a new member you will be automatically enrolled into the Welcome Tier which provides an initial 10% discount coupon and 1 point per $1 spent (subtotal only, excludes tax and shipping fees). After spending $500 within 6 months, you will be upgraded to the Silver Tier: Earning a 15% discount coupon, +500 bonus points and receiving 1.5 points per $1 spent thereafter. After achieving a $1,000 spend within 6 months you will be upgraded to the Gold Tier: Earning a 20% discount coupon, +500 bonus po
How many coupons can I apply at checkout?
The maximum number of coupons you can apply at checkout is 2. For example, if you have 2 - $5 rewards coupons available you can apply them both to save $10 at checkout. You may not apply two Percentage (%) off coupons at once.
What are the restrictions on applying my discount code?
Certain brands/products are not eligible for discounts including SkinCeuticals and DefenAge. You will be notified when viewing your cart if one or more products are not eligible for discount codes.
When will I receive my $10 referral discount code?
Once your referred friend makes a purchase of at least $49 using your referral link, the $10 discount code will be deposited into your account. Referring 5 friends who complete a purchase of at least $49 earns you an additional 1,000 bonus points!
What happens to my earned points if I return my order?
If you receive a refund for your return, the earned points will automatically be deducted along with any tier upgrade associated with that purchase.
