How do I join?

Create a customer account here. You must spend at least $1 to enter the program and activate your benefits.

Does it cost to join?

There's no cost to join, but to qualify for the benefits in each membership level, you must spend the required amount in each level within the last rolling 30 days.

What level am I in and how do they work?

You can find out what level you are in by clicking the rewards icon at the bottom left of your screen. The levels are based on the amount you have spent in the last rolling 30 days. Bronze is for customers who have spent between $100.00 and $299.00 in the last rolling 30 days. Silver is for customers who have spent between $300.00 and $499.00 rolling 30 days. Gold is for customers who have spent over $500.00 in the last rolling 30 days.

How do I earn points?

Earning points is simple and you can earn them in a number of ways. Shopping on our website is the easiest way and the level you are in will determine how many points you earn per $1 you spend. You can also earn points by following us on Instagram, liking our Facebook page, celebrating your birthday, or reaching goal spends and numbers of orders.

What are the points for?

You can redeem your points for discounts on your orders. For every 1,000 points you have, you can earn $10 off.

How many points can I redeem at a time?

You can redeem up to 3,000 points at a time which would provide you with a $30 off reward.

How do I access rewards?

To access rewards once you have enough points, you will be prompted to redeem your points for a reward. Once you redeem your points, you will be provided a unique discount code to use at checkout for your next order. Your available rewards will be accessible via the 'See Rewards' button until you have used the discount code or it has expired.

What are the benefits of the Superior Products Rewards Program?

Aside from earning points to redeem for discounts on your next order, there are a number of other benefits depending on the level of your membership. You can receive early access to new products, free products like T-Shirts or AirPlay, exclusive offers only for members, earn free shipping for Platinum members, and tons of other benefits.

When do I get my free gift?

All new customers that spend over $300 receive a free AirPlay air freshener, and that who spend over $500 Free T-Shirt,  and for those who spend over $1500 a Free swag of choice (t-shirt, hat, sweatshirt) and a Free 16oz bottle of choice (while supplies last).

Can I transfer my points to my friend?

No, sorry. Your points are not transferable and are attached to your customer account. You also can not place orders under your account and ship products to a friend/partner or anyone else.

Can I use my rewards with other offers?

You can use your rewards points with selected offers. Rewards are also able to be used in conjunction with marked-down items. Please remember, you can only use 1 reward per order. Rewards stacking is not allowed.

Can I use multiple rewards at once?

No, you are only able to redeem one reward at a time.

What happens if I return an order that I've earned points on?

If you return items from an order or cancel your order, the points you earned will automatically be deducted from your balance.

Can I change my free gift?

No, unfortunately, free gifts are unable to be exchanged or returned and are not redeemable for cash.

Do purchases prior to joining the Superior Products Rewards Program count towards my earnings?

No, you can only earn points on purchases you make after joining the program and our launch date of April 14th, 2022.

Will there ever be changes to the rewards program?

Superior Products reserves the right to make changes to the points, free gifts, rewards, and other items related to the rewards program at any time. Our goal for this program is to say thank you to our loyal customers. On Sept 9th 2022, we modified our rewards program VIP tiers to calculate orders spent by every month, not every year.

What if I have points from Superior Products previous reward system?

When we launch our new rewards program, all customers who already have an account setup on our online store will automatically receive 100 bonus points on April 14th, 2022. These points will offset any balance of points left over from our previous system and will get you well on your way to earning rewards that you can redeem toward new orders.
