There's no cost to join, but to qualify for the benefits in each membership level, you must spend the required amount.
How do I earn points?
Earning points is simple & you can earn them a number of ways. Shop by phone or on our website is the easiest way. You can also earn points by following us on Instagram, liking our Facebook page, celebrating your birthday, submitting reviews, photos, videos and more.
What are points for?
You can redeem your points for discounts on your orders.
Do my points expire?
Yes, rewards points expire 1 year after issued.
Can I transfer my points to a friend?
No, sorry. Your points are not transferable and are attached to your customer account.
How do I access rewards?
To access rewards once you have enough points to receive a reward, login to your loyalty account by clicking on the widget in the bottom right corner. Once logged in you will be prompted to click on a button that says "Get Coupon" to redeem your points for a reward. Once you redeem your reward, you will be emailed a unique discount code you can use on our website or provide to your sales rep.
Can I use my rewards with other offers?
Your rewards are not able to be combined with any other offers. If you choose to take advantage of another offer available, you can use your rewards on your next order, provided your reward has not expired.
Can I use multiple rewards at once?
No, you are only able to redeem one reward at a time.
What happens if I return an order that I've earned points on?
If you return items from an order or cancel your order, the points you earned will automatically be deducted from your balance.
